Easy Pan-Fried Fish Fillet

4 (5 ounce) slight white fish fillets
1 lemon, juiced
salt to flavor
four tablespoons all-reason flour
1 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice powder
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil (non-compulsory)

Instructions :

Wash fish fillets beneath walking cold water and dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt on each facets.
Combine flour and Chinese 5-spice powder in a shallow bowl. Dip fish fillets into the flour combination so they are covered on each sides.
Heat canola and sesame oils in a big skillet over medium warmth. Add fish to warm oil and pan-fry for two to a few mins. Carefully turn and preserve cooking till fish flakes easily with a fork, 2 to a few minutes extra.
