Easy Shepherd's Pie with Garlic Romano Potatoes

"This is a very easy shepherd's (cottage) pie it is topped with superb garlic and Romano potatoes. You can exchange the substances to feature almost something you like. 1 pound floor beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 (15 ounce) cans blended veggies, drained
2 pounds crimson potatoes
half of cup butter
half of cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 cup milk

Instructions :
